How to Purchase Credits

AlertBrew operates on a credit-based system, so you only pay for what you use. This guide shows you how to add more credits to your workspace balance whenever you're running low.

1. Locate Your Credit Balance

Look at the top navigation bar of your dashboard. You will see a diamond icon with your current credit balance (e.g., 10,000).

2. Open the Purchase Menu

Click directly on the diamond icon or the balance number.

3. Choose Your Credit Package

Select the number of credits you wish to purchase. Credits are sold in bundles, typically starting at 10,000 credits.

4. Complete Your Purchase

Click "Proceed to Checkout". You will be redirected to our secure payment processor, Paddle, to complete the transaction. We accept all major credit cards and PayPal.
Once your payment is complete, the credits will be added to your workspace balance immediately, and your alerts will resume if they were paused due to a low balance.

Note: All payments are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. AlertBrew does not store any of your credit card information.
